Create a 404 Error Page that reflects Tesla’s brand identity and informs users of how to get back to Tesla’s homepage
Goal:
With the surge in interest for electric vehicles, we want to create a 404 Error Page that retains user interest on Tesla.com
Challenges:
How can we create an interesting 404 Error Page that remains true to Tesla’s futuristic and innovative brand identity; but also, entices the user to remain on Tesla’s website even when they’ve reached a page that either does not exist or no longer exists.
Basic Process:
Brand and User Research > Plan > Rough Draft Content Design > Prototype
